Authors’ Fees

The Journal of Organizational Resource Management Research charges a fee of 5,000,000 Rials (equivalent to 500,000 Tomans) for the review and publication of articles.
A sum of 150,000 Tomans is payable upon submission for peer review, and 350,000 Tomans upon issuance of the acceptance letter.

Payment is made online through the journal’s website and processed automatically via the electronic payment gateway, either after the initial approval of the manuscript (before sending for review) or after the final approval (before issuing the acceptance letter).
