Authors’ Fees
Journal of Organizational Resource Management Research , in order to cover part of its operational and publishing expenses (including executive and publication costs such as fees paid for obtaining a DOI for each article and similar services), charges a fee of 2,000,000 IRR at the time of manuscript submission for peer review and 5,000,000 IRR upon issuance of the acceptance letter.
