Aims and Scope:

For the wise and prudent management of diverse organizational resources, innovative methodologies and research approaches are essential.
The Journal of Organizational Resource Management Research aims to expand theoretical insights and disseminate the outcomes of innovative research in the following areas:

  • Management of various organizational resources, including materials, financial capital, information and knowledge, structure, human resources, and intellectual and spiritual capital;
  • Nature, rationale, processes, and philosophy of organizational resource management;
  • Designing organizational resource management models consistent with the Islamic-Iranian Model of Progress, National Scientific Roadmap, and strategic foresight at the national, regional, and international levels;
  • Publication and dissemination of scientific and research findings based on the needs and demands of small, medium, large, and networked organizations in the field of organizational resource management, and evaluation of their practical outcomes;
  • Facilitating the exchange and advancement of knowledge in organizational resource management at national, regional, and international levels.
Ethical Charter

The Ethical Charter of the Journal of Organizational Resource Management Research has been developed in accordance with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
All stakeholders are expected to adhere to these ethical principles. Any form of plagiarism or unethical behavior will result in the immediate rejection or removal of the manuscript from the review process.
This charter outlines the responsibilities and commitments of the Editor-in-Chief, authors, Editorial Board members, and reviewers to ensure integrity and transparency in the publication process.
