About the JournalThe Journal of Organizational Resource Management Research is one of the publications of Tarbiat Modares University which is published under the scientific responsibility of the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board. Based on the decision of the meeting dated 2012/11/14 of the Commission for Reviewing the Credibility of Scientific Research Journals of the Country, this journal has acquired the scientific-research ranking from the first issue (Volume 1, Issue 1, Spring 2011). This journal respects the ethical laws in publications and adheres to the policies of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and follows the executive regulations of the law on prevention and confrontation of fraud in scientific works.To wisely and prudently manage the various organizational resources, we need new and innovative research methodologies and methods. The aim of the Journal of Organizational Resource Management Research is to expand ideas and results of innovative research in the areas of "management of various organizational resources including materials, financial, information and knowledge, structure, human resources, intellectual and moral capital", "the what, why, how and philosophy of organizational resource management", "designing models of organizational resource management consistent with the Islamic-Iranian model, the country's vision, comprehensive scientific roadmap and future perspectives at national, regional and international levels", "presenting and displaying scientific research achievements based on the needs and demands of small, medium, large and networked executive organizations in the field of organizational resource management and evaluating the results of their application", and "assisting in the exchange and promotion of organizational resource management knowledge at national, regional and international levels".

Dear authors, Please be informed that the Journal of Organizational Resource Management Research charges a fee of 5,000,000 Rials (equivalent to 500,000 Tomans) for review and publication of articles (150,000 Tomans upon submission for review and 350,000 Tomans for acceptance letter). The fee will be paid automatically through the journal's payment gateway (after initial approval of the article before sending for review) or after final approval (before issuing acceptance letter).
