The Journal of Organizational Resource Management Research is one of the publications of Tarbiat Modares University Press and is published under the scientific supervision of the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board.
According to the resolution of the Commission for the Evaluation of Scientific–Research Journals dated 14 November 2012 (24/8/1391), the journal has held a Scientific–Research (Academic) rank since its first issue (Vol. 1, No. 1, Spring 2011).
The journal fully adheres to ethical publication principles and complies with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) as well as the Executive By-Law on Preventing and Combating Academic Misconduct.
To ensure the wise and prudent management of diverse organizational resources, innovative research methodologies and approaches are essential.
The aim of this quarterly journal is to promote theoretical and practical advancements and disseminate innovative research findings in the following areas:
Management of various organizational resources including materials, financial capital, information and knowledge, structure, human resources, and intellectual and spiritual capital;
The nature, rationale, processes, and philosophy of organizational resource management;
Designing organizational resource management models aligned with the Islamic–Iranian Model of Progress, the national vision, the national scientific roadmap, and strategic foresight at national, regional, and international levels;
Presenting and disseminating scientific and research achievements based on the needs of small, medium, large, and networked executive organizations, and evaluating the effectiveness of their application;
Supporting the exchange and enhancement of organizational resource management knowledge at national, regional, and international scales.
