Manuscript Preparation Guidelines (Author Guidelines):

Dear Authors,

To avoid delays in the review and timely publication of the journal, please consider the following points when submitting your manuscript:

  1. Due to the specialized nature of the journal, only manuscripts related to Organizational Resource Management Research will be considered.

  2. Changes in the order of authors’ names after submission of the acceptance letter are strictly prohibited.

  3. The submitted manuscript must not have been published in another journal and must not be under review elsewhere.

  4. The official language of the journal is Persian, although manuscripts in English are also accepted.

  5. Manuscripts must include a Persian and English abstract (200–250 words, up to 15 lines), keywords, introduction, main body, conclusion, and references.

  6. Manuscripts must be original research conducted by the author(s). Review articles are accepted from experienced authors with prior publications in the field, provided they include a substantial number of cited sources.

  7. Manuscripts must be submitted only through the journal’s online system. Registered users can submit their manuscripts using their user ID.

  8. Manuscripts must be formatted in Form 4A: Persian text (titles, captions, main text, etc.) in B Lotus, font size 12, single spacing; English text in Times New Roman, font size 10. Margins: Right & Left: 4.5 cm; Top & Bottom: 5.6 cm, formatted in Word 2010. All numbers in the text, figures, tables, and charts must be in Persian numerals. The journal reserves the right to edit content.

  9. Manuscripts must be submitted in two separate files as follows:

    File 1 (Word 2010 – Manuscript with Author Details):

    • Full title and abstract in Persian and English

    • Names of authors in Persian and English (corresponding author marked with an asterisk)

    • Academic rank and institution of each author in Persian and English:
      Rank (Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/Student, etc.), Department, Faculty, University, City, Country

    • Submission date (Persian and Gregorian)

    • Full contact information of the corresponding author: postal address, phone number, email (Persian and English)

    • If the research or manuscript was financially supported by an institution, it must be indicated on the first page of the Author Declaration. Completion and submission of both pages of the declaration form is mandatory.

    • Manuscripts derived from theses must include the supervisor, student, and advisors, with the supervisor responsible for submission.

    File 2 (Anonymous PDF for Review):

    • Full title in Persian

    • Persian abstract (max. 250 words)

    • Persian keywords (max. 5 words)

    • Full title in English

    • English abstract (max. 250 words)

    • English keywords (max. 5 words)

    • Abstract should follow a structured format: Objective, Method, Findings, Keywords

    • All section headings, except the main title and abstract, should be numbered according to the journal’s format

    • Figures must be original, clear, and referenced in the text; they should appear in the main manuscript file and not submitted separately. Image and chart quality should be 300 dpi

    • References should be numbered in brackets within the text (Persian numerals) and listed once at the end of the manuscript in order of appearance.

    Citation and referencing guidelines are provided in a separate file. Authors must ensure accuracy of Persian and English reference information.

  10. The maximum length of the manuscript, including tables and figures, is 20 pages or up to 7,000 words.

  11. The corresponding author is responsible for the accuracy and validity of the manuscript both scientifically and legally.

  12. Translated manuscripts will not be accepted.

  13. Manuscripts will undergo double or triple-blind peer review by two or three experts in the field.

  14. The journal reserves the right to accept, reject, or edit manuscripts and does not return submitted manuscripts.

  15. Prior to publication, the issue number and publication date cannot be announced. The Editor-in-Chief has full authority over acceptance and scheduling of publication.

  16. Rejected or withdrawn manuscripts will be removed from the journal archive after three months, and the journal assumes no responsibility for them.
