FAQ

The review duration depends on the subject of the article, the number of manuscripts currently under review, and other related factors. On average, the process will take about four months. It should be noted that official holidays and university vacation periods (such as Nowruz and the summer break) are not included in this timeframe. If the phrase “Under Review” appears in the article status tracking section, the review period will be calculated from that date.

The corresponding author can view the article’s status through their personal page in the journal’s online system. Therefore, all actions — including submission, revision, correspondence, requests, changes in the order of authors, and so on — can only be carried out by the corresponding author.

No, this is considered unethical publishing behavior. If such an action is taken, your article will not be published; and if it has already been published, it will be retracted. Furthermore, your name will be placed on the journal’s blacklist, and no future submissions from you will be accepted.

After the initial review and once the article has been sent to the editor-in-chief, no changes can be made to the submitted author information. However, if the article is reviewed and returned to the corresponding author for revision, the corresponding author may then correct the authors’ information.

The corresponding author should refer to the “Author Guidelines,” “Reference Style Guide,” “Author Commitment Form,” “Frequently Asked Questions,” and “Article Submission Process” pages available in the top menu bar.

In both the initial submission stage and when uploading a revised article (after review), all steps must be fully completed, and check marks should appear on the right side of the page. In the “Upload Article” section, please ensure that all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are completed, as they are mandatory. For example, the “Main Article File” field is required, and the submission cannot proceed without uploading it. Once all required steps are completed, the “Submit Article” button will become active on the final page.

No. If the corresponding author cannot reach the other authors, scanned signatures of all authors must be included in the form.

No, only the corresponding author needs to register. However, all authors must be aware of their responsibilities regarding the article, and the order of authors and each author’s role should be clearly stated in the manuscript.
