Dear Authors,
To avoid delays in the review process and to facilitate the timely publication of the quarterly journal, please carefully observe the following guidelines when submitting your manuscript:
Due to its specialized scope, the journal only accepts manuscripts in the field of Organizational Resource Management.
Any change or rearrangement in the order of authors’ names after the issuance of the acceptance letter is strictly prohibited.
The submitted manuscript must not have been previously published in another journal, nor be under simultaneous consideration by any other journal.
The official language of the journal is Persian. Manuscripts submitted in English are also eligible for review.
The manuscript must include the following sections:
Persian and English abstracts (minimum 150 and maximum 250 words), keywords, introduction, methodology, findings, discussion and conclusion, and references.
The manuscript must be the result of the original research conducted by the author(s).
Manuscripts must be submitted only through the journal’s electronic submission system. Authors may submit their manuscripts after registering in the quarterly journal system and obtaining a user account.
Manuscripts must be prepared using Form 4A with the following specifications:
Persian text (including titles, footnotes, main text, etc.) in B Lotus font, size 12, single-spaced
English text in Times New Roman, size 10
Right and left margins: 4.5 cm; top and bottom margins: 5.6 cm
Typeset using Microsoft Word 2010
All numbers in the text, tables, figures, and charts must be written in Persian numerals
The journal reserves the right to edit submitted manuscripts.
If the research or manuscript preparation has been financially supported by an institution, the name of the supporting institution must be stated on the first page of the Commitment Form. Completing and uploading the two-page Commitment Form is mandatory.
Articles derived from students’ theses or dissertations will be published jointly under the names of the supervisor, student, and advisors, with the supervisor bearing full responsibility.
Figures and charts must be clear, accurate, and original (preferably designed within Word). All figures, tables, and charts must be cited in the text, placed in their appropriate locations within the main manuscript file, and not submitted as separate files.
Supplementary files must include:
Similarity (plagiarism) check report
The completed and signed two-page Authors’ Commitment Form
The corresponding author’s institutional (university) email address
The referencing style must follow APA 2020, as detailed in the separate reference writing guideline.
Authors must ensure the accuracy of all Persian and English reference information. Responsibility for the correctness of titles and all reference details rests entirely with the author(s).
The maximum length of the manuscript, including all components, is 7,000 words.
Scientific and legal responsibility for the content of the manuscript lies with the corresponding author.
Manuscripts will be reviewed, following initial evaluation and decision by the Editorial Board, by two or three expert reviewers through a double-blind peer review process.
The quarterly journal reserves the right to accept or reject manuscripts and to edit accepted papers.
Prior to publication (online posting) of an accepted manuscript, it is not possible to announce the publication date or issue number. The Editor-in-Chief has full authority over the acceptance, rejection, and scheduling of manuscripts.
Manuscripts must be submitted in two separate files, as described below:

Academic rank and institutional affiliation of the author(s) in Persian and English in the following order:
Academic rank (Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/Student, etc.), Department, Faculty, University, City, Country
Full contact details of the corresponding author: postal address, telephone number, and email address in Persian and English
A PDF file prepared for peer review, with no author or identifying information
