Peer Review Process

Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts are initially evaluated for compliance with the structural and thematic principles of Organizational Resource Management Research.
Manuscripts that meet these criteria will undergo a double-blind peer review process by at least two reviewers who are experts in the relevant field and not members of the editorial board.

The reviewers are selected by the editorial board members according to their areas of expertise.
The editorial board holds the final responsibility for the selection and acceptance of manuscripts.

Article Submission to Acceptance Process

1.      Manuscript submission by the author through the journal’s online system.
The author must complete the initial information (title, abstract, keywords, etc.) and upload the manuscript in Word and PDF formats according to the journal’s template, along with the authors’ commitment form, conflict of interest form, and other required documents.

2.      Preliminary evaluation of the manuscript by the Editor-in-Chief in terms of quality, structure, and subject relevance.
If initial revisions are required, the manuscript will be returned to the author.
If the manuscript does not meet the journal’s requirements, it will be rejected and the decision will be communicated to the author.

3.      Plagiarism check: if signs of plagiarism or excessive similarity are detected, the manuscript will be rejected.

4.      Payment of review fee: after approval for sending to review, the author (if applicable) must pay the review fee.

5.      Reviewer assignment: the manuscript is sent to at least two expert reviewers (not members of the editorial board) selected by the board based on their area of expertise.

6.      Review process: reviewers evaluate the manuscript, complete the evaluation form, and send their detailed comments and recommendations to the editor.

7.      Editorial review: after receiving the reviewers’ reports, the Editor-in-Chief reviews the comments and presents the manuscript to the Editorial Board meeting for discussion.
One of the following four outcomes is possible:
a. If both reviewers recommend acceptance and the board agrees → Accepted.
b. If both reviewers reject → Rejected and the author is notified.
c. If one or more reviewers request revisions → Returned to the author for revision.
d. If reviewers’ comments are contradictory → Sent to a third reviewer.

8.      Third review and revision: if the third reviewer requests revisions, the manuscript is returned to the author for correction.

9.      Final submission: after the author makes the required revisions, the manuscript is sent back for final review.

10.  Final review results:
a. Acceptance of the manuscript after the final review.
b. Rejection of the manuscript after the final review.

11.  Payment of publication fee: authors whose articles are accepted must pay the publication fee before the final acceptance letter is issued.

12.  Accepted manuscripts are added to the list of papers ready for publication.

13.  Publication: the accepted article will be published in the upcoming issue of the journal.
