Journal of Organizational Resource Management Research

The Journal of Organizational Resource Management Research has been published since September 2025 in collaboration with the Iranian Management Sciences Association.

This quarterly journal is one of the publications of Tarbiat Modares University Press, and it is published under the scientific supervision of the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board. According to the resolution of the Commission for the Evaluation of Scientific Journals dated November 14, 2012 (24/8/1391), the journal has held the scientific–research (academic) rank since its first issue (Vol. 1, No. 1, Spring 2011).

The journal adheres to the principles of publication ethics and complies with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines as well as the Executive By-Law on Preventing and Combating Academic Misconduct of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

To ensure wise and prudent management of diverse organizational resources, there is a need for innovative research methodologies and approaches. The aim of this quarterly journal is to promote new ideas and research innovations in the following areas:

  • Management of various organizational resources, including materials, financial capital, information and knowledge, structure, human resources, and intellectual and spiritual capital;
  • The nature, rationale, philosophy, and processes of organizational resource management;
  • Designing organizational resource management models in line with the Islamic-Iranian model of progress, national scientific roadmap, and strategic foresight at the national, regional, and international levels;
  • Dissemination of scientific and research achievements based on the needs and demands of small, medium, large, and networked organizations in the field of resource management, as well as the evaluation of their applications;
  • Facilitating the exchange and advancement of knowledge in organizational resource management at the national, regional, and international scales.
