The Journal of Organizational Resource Management Research has been published since September 2025 in collaboration with the Iranian Management Science Association.

This quarterly journal is one of the publications of Tarbiat Modares University Press and is published under the scientific supervision of the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board.

According to the resolution of the Commission for the Evaluation of Scientific Journals dated November 14, 2012 (24/8/1391), the journal has held the status of a Scientific–Research (Academic) publication since its first issue (Vol. 1, No. 1, Spring 2011).
The journal adheres to the principles of publication ethics and complies fully with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines as well as the Executive By-Law on Preventing and Combating Academic Misconduct.

To ensure the wise and prudent management of diverse organizational resources, innovative research methodologies and approaches are required.
The aim of this quarterly journal is to promote conceptual and empirical advancements and disseminate innovative research findings in areas such as:

Management of various organizational resources, including materials, financial capital, information and knowledge, structure, human resources, and intellectual and spiritual capital;

The nature, rationale, processes, and philosophy of organizational resource management;

Designing models of organizational resource management consistent with the Islamic–Iranian Model of Progress, the national vision, the comprehensive scientific roadmap, and strategic foresight at national, regional, and international levels;

Dissemination of scientific achievements based on the needs and demands of small, medium, large, and networked organizations in the field of organizational resource management, and evaluation of the outcomes of their application;

Supporting the exchange and advancement of knowledge in organizational resource management at national, regional, and international scales.

 

Language of Publication: Persian with English abstracts

Publication Fee: Applicable

 

The Journal of Organizational Resource Management Research charges 7,000,000 Rials (equivalent to 700,000 Tomans) for the review and publication of manuscripts.
A fee of 200,000 Tomans is payable when the manuscript is sent for peer review, and 500,000 Tomans is payable upon issuance of the acceptance letter.

Payment is made through the journal’s website and is processed automatically via the online payment gateway:

 

after the initial approval of the manuscript (before sending it to reviewers), or

after the final approval (before the acceptance letter is issued).

Journal Ranking: Grade B (based on the latest evaluation by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology)

The Journal of Organizational Resource Management Research fully adheres to publication ethics, follows the guidelines of COPE, and complies with the national regulations on preventing academic misconduct.
