English

In recent years, job scarcity or unemployment, coupled with rapid changes in the labor market, have presented challenges to the employment of university graduates, particularly in the management field. This research employs a scoping review methodology to identify the key factors influencing management graduates' employment and income generation. In this study, literature retrieval and evidence synthesis were conducted using both scoping review and thematic analysis approaches. Initially, a comprehensive search across domestic and international scientific databases identified 1005 studies. Subsequently, through a screening process, 922 studies were excluded due to duplication, inaccessibility, or insufficient relevance, resulting in 83 highly relevant studies. The analysis of these studies led to the categorization of key factors associated with sustainable employment and income generation for management graduates into three groups: individual factors, job-related factors, and environmental factors. These job requirements may also help to broaden the perspective on increasing job creation within society. As a result, this approach serves as a dual solution to the unemployment crisis, creating jobs while also contributing to economic development by generating wealth in society. The findings also emphasize the necessity of shifting the mindset of graduates from merely seeking employment towards creating and developing jobs.
