English

In the current era, organizations are facing a competitive and increasingly complex global environment. To remain competitive and dynamic, they need to focus on aligning their production strategies and competitive strategies, which impact performance. The current research aims to investigate the relationship between production factors, competitive factors, and performance, forming the basis of the strategic fit strategy. Existing literature in this field has mainly focused on production strategies and competitive strategies separately, measuring company performance through the development of indicators in these areas. This research addresses the design and development of a conceptual model of strategic fit strategy and its analysis through structural equations, building upon the fragmented strategies found in the literature. The hypothesis testing results show that managing issues has the most positive impact on overall quality, while fulfilling orders significantly affects the uniqueness of resources. Moreover, pre-production readiness has a positive effect on issue management and order fulfillment, and issue management significantly influences organizational skills and learning. Ultimately, overall quality, organizational skills and learning, and uniqueness of resources have a positive impact on strategic fit strategy.
