Values of public sector are considered to be key elements in this sector; identifying these values is important because they have guiding role for public sector as a compass. This paper aims to determine public acceptance values in Iran's public sector. To this end, the identified values of theoretical literature were investigated using a fuzzy Delphi method based on consensus. Based on results of the research, values were identified in five categories (ethical, professional, democratic, human and religious). The findings of this phase were distributed among the staff of the Program and Budgeting Organization using a questionnaire to prioritize values. According to the results of this section, values such as honesty, fairness and saving in public property have higher priority and superiority and representation were the lowest priority.
