بررسی رابطه تعهد سازمانی با گرایش کارآفرینانه در سازمان‌های فرهنگی- هنری استان اصفهان

چکیده
امروزه توجه به عواملی که موجب افزایش کارایی و اثر بخشی سازمان‌ها می‌شوند، همواره شایان توجه بوده است. به نظر می‌رسد یکی از عوامل تأثیرگذار بر کارآفرینی در سازمان‌های فرهنگی، نگرش‌های سازمانی است که می‌تواند نقش قابل ملاحظه‌ای را در ایجاد تمایل یا عدم تمایل به کارآفرینی در سازمان ایفا کند. هدف از این پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه تعهد سازمانی و گرایش کارآفرینانه در سازمان‌های فرهنگی - هنری است. به این منظور روش اجرای تحقیق از نوع توصیفی – همبستگی است و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی کارکنان سازمان رفاهی تفریحی شهرداری و حوزه هنری اصفهان است. نمونه آماری به تعداد 91 نفر می‌باشند که از جامعه فوق به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده‌اند و با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه اطلاعات مورد نیاز جمع‌آوری شده است. پایایی پرسشنامه استاندارد تعهد سازمانی آلن و می‌یر با آلفای کرونباخ 76/0 و پایایی پرسشنامه استاندارد گرایش کارآفرینانه لامپکین و دس با آلفای کرونباخ 9/0 محاسبه شده است که از اعتماد بالایی برخوردار می‌باشند. نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان می دهد که ارتباط مثبت و معناداری بین ابعاد تعهد عاطفی و تعهد مستمر با ابعاد گرایش کارآفرینانه وجود دارد. لیکن رابطه معناداری بین تعهد هنجاری با گرایش کارآفرینانه وجود ندارد.

چکیده English

The aim of this study, investigate the relationship between organizational commitment and entrepreneurial orientation. Organizational commitment from the perspective of Allen and Meyer include (emotional, continuous and normative) dimension and entrepreneurial orientation include (risk taking, innovation, independence, proactiveness and aggressive competition) dimension. Research community includes all employees of the municipal welfare organization of recreational and art in Isfahan city. The statistical sample include 91 number of employees which is randomly selected and for data gathering have been using the questionnaire. The main research hypothesis is existence meaningful relationship between organizational commitment and entrepreneurial orientation. The results of this study suggest that there is a significant and positive relationship between the emotional and continuous dimension of organizational commitment and entrepreneurial orientation dimensions. However there is no significant relationship between normative commitments and entrepreneurial orientation.
