نقش تسهیم دانش در رابطه میان اجزای سرمایه‌های فکری و رفتار نوآورانه

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی و برآزش مدلی از روابط میان اجزای سرمایه فکری و رفتار نوآورانه با توجه به نقش مداخله‌گرانه تسهیم دانش است. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی بوده است که از نظر هدف کاربردی و از روش همبستگی تبعیت نموده است. جامعه آماری عبارت از کارکنان صفی بیمارستان‌های شهر تهران که نظر به گستردگی زیاد آنها، بیمارستان‌های پیامبر (ص)، لولاگر، سجاد، پارس، حضرت رسول (ص)، هاشمی‌نژاد و آپادانا به عنوان خوشه‌های اصلی مورد توجه قرار گرفتند. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد گردآوری و با استفاده از روش معالات ساختاری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که سرمایه فکری به طور مستقیم، رفتار نوآورانه را تحت تأثیر قرار نمی‌دهد، اما با مداخله تسهیم دانش، این رابطه تقویت می‌شود. همچنین سرمایه فکری در سازمان‌های مورد مطالعه با تسهیم دانش رابطه معنا‌داری ندارد، اما تمایلات افراد و هنجارهای ذهنی کارکنان بر قصد و نیت آنان نسبت به تسهیم دانش اثر می‌گذارد و این خود به بهبود رابطه میان اجزای سرمایه فکری و رفتار نوآورانه کمک می‌کند.

Studying the Role of Knowledge Sharing in Relationship Between Intellectual Capital and Innovative Behavior

چکیده English

The main goal of this study was designing and fiting a model of relationships among the components of intellectual capital and innovative behavior, with the Intervention role of knowledge sharing. So, the study was descriptive-applicant that followed correlation strategy. The populations for this study were line employees of Tehran’s hospitals; and due to the wide dispersion, 8 hospitals were chosen as key clusters. The research data were collected using standard questionnaires. The data were analyzed using structural equations. The findings of research show that intellectual capital doesn’t affect innovative behavior directly, but interventioan of knowledge sharing increases the correlation coefficient between them. On the other hand, the findings show that intellectual capital does not have direct relations with knowledge sharing. Besides the attitudes and subjective norms of employees affect the intention of to knowledge sharing; and this help to improve the relationship amonge intellectual capital and innovative behavior.
