طراحی مدل ایجاد جذابیت کارفرما مبتنی بر ساخت برند متمایز کارفرما

چکیده
انتقال از مفهوم عصر صنعتی به عصر دانش منجر به تغییر پارادایم ارتباط کارفرما - کارمند شده است و توجه به نمودار عرضه و تقاضای استعدادها منجر به تمرکز بیشتر سازمان‌ها بر کارکنان مستعد شده است. تلاش برای برنده شدن سازمان‌ها در جنگ جذب کارکنان مستعد نیازمند کار بیشتر سازمان‌ها برای جذاب‌سازی خود از راه ایجاد برند متمایز شده است. از آن جایی که سازمان‌ها در حوزه ایجاد برند متمایز که بتواند منجر به جذابیت کارفرما شود، دچار مشکل هستند و پژوهش‌های کنونی در حوزه برندسازی کارفرما کمتر این موضوع را مد نظر قرار داده‌اند. از این رو در پژوهش حاضر سعی بر آن است به این سؤال پاسخ داده شود که جذابیت کارفرما چگونه مبتنی بر برندسازی متمایز کارفرما ایجاد خواهد شد. مبتنی بر ادبیات موجود به منظور پاسخ‌دهی به سؤال فوق مدل مفهومی پژوهش طراحی و مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل آماری نشان می‌دهد زمانی که برد کارفرما مبتنی بر عوامل نیازهای گروه هدف، پیشنهاد ارزش متمایز، استراتژی افراد، سازگاری برند، ارتباطات برند کارفرما و متریک‌های برندسازی کارفرما ایجاد شود تمایز ایجاد شده در برند کارفرما ناشی از این عوامل می‌تواند منجر به جذابیت کارفرما در تمامی ابعاد شود.

Designing an Employer Attractiveness Model Based on Distinctive Employer Brand Building

چکیده English

Transition from the industrial age to the knowledge era has led to a paradigm shift in employer and employee relationship. Paying more attention to talent supply and demand diagram led to more focus on talented personnel in organizations. Winning the war for talent, organizations need to recruit more business for themselves through the creation of an attractive and distinctive brand. Since organizations have problems in creating a distinctive brand, it would be based in the employer's interest. The present study is an attempt to answer the question that how an attractive employer based on the employer's distinctive branding will be created. Based on the existing literature the conceptual model designed and tested in order to answer the above question. Statistical analysis of the results shows that when an employer creates the brand based upon the needs of the target group, differentiated EVP, people strategies, brand consistency, employer brand communication and metrics of employer branding led to the employer attractiveness in all aspects.
