اثر سرمایه روان‌شناختی کارکنان سازمان بر به‌زیستی هیجانی و روان‌شناختی آن‌ها؛ نقش میانجی هیجانات مثبت، استرس و دلواپسی

چکیده
یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل برای ارائه مراقبت‌های ایمن، مؤثر و باکیفیت ازسوی پرستاران، به‌زیستی هیجانی و روان‌شناختی آن‌هاست. چندین عامل بر به‌زیستی اثرگذار است، شامل مشغله و استرس کاری، هیجانات مثبت و منفی، و سرمایه روان‌شناختی. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر سرمایه روان‌شناختی بر به‌زیستی در بین پرستاران بیمارستان قائم (عج) مشهد انجام شد. این پژوهش، پیمایشی- تحلیلی بوده و با مشارکت 123 نفر از پرستاران که به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند، انجام گرفته است. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های سرمایه روان‌شناختی (PCQ)، هیجانات مثبت و منفی (PANAS)، افسردگی، دلواپسی و استرس (DASS) و بهداشت عمومی (GHQ) جمع‌آوری شد؛ سپس با استفاده ازتکنیک‌های آماری تحلیل مسیر و تحلیل میانجی‌گری، مورد تجزیه‌‌و‌تحلیل قرار گرفت. باتوجه به نتایج آمار توصیفی، میانگین همه متغیرها بالاتر از متوسط بوده و متغیر به‌زیستی بهترین وضعیت را داشت. نتایج آمار استنباطی، پیش‌بینی‌پذیری متغیر به‌زیستی توسط سرمایه روان‌شناختی، هیجانات مثبت و دلواپسی را مورد تأیید قرار داد، اما اثر استرس بر به‌زیستی پرستاران، به ‌لحاظ آماری معنادار نبود. نتایج این پژوهش با مطالعات پیشین در این زمینه هم‌سو می‌باشد. حد بالای سرمایه روان‌شناختی در پرستاران، هیجانات مثبت آن‌ها را افزایش داده و باعث کاهش استرس و دلواپسی، و افزایش به‌زیستی آن‌ها می‌شود. در کل، نتایج پژوهش ضرورت توجه بیشتر به مؤلفه‌های سرمایه روان‌شناختی و راهبردهای مداخله و مقابله به‌منظور بهبود به‌زیستی روان‌شناختی و هیجانی پرستاران را مورد تأکید قرار می‌دهد.
