This study focuses on the role of neutralization techniques in the impact of variables of organizational commitment and employees' communication approach towards the client in advancing ethical intent. The purpose of this research, applied and in terms of information gathering method, is descriptive survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of 438 staff of the insurance agents' offices in Rasht city. A total of 210 questionnaires were collected through stratified random sampling. A standard questionnaire was used for data collection which confirmed the reliability and construct validity in the research. To test the conceptual model of research, Smart PLS software was used. Findings showed that organizational commitment of employees directly affects their ethical intention in the organization (0.307), but on the other hand, neutralization techniques can also be effective deterrent (-0.263) in achieving the intention Morals in organizations. Also, in completing this finding, it was found that the promotion of customer orientation in organizations led to a reduction (- 0.317) of the use of neutralizing techniques by employees and could indirectly increase the ethical intention of organizational staff
