One of the business models that today has become very attractive for entrepreneurs in our country is platform-based businesses that Instead of producing a product or delivering a service, build an infrastructure for the relationship between manufacturers and consumers. With the growth of these businesses and the evolution of this ecosystem in the world and in Iran, there is a need for new and evolved management tools in this area. This paper builds on previous theory and research on strategy and human resource management to identify important linkages between the firm's strategy, its human resources, and performance. First, we review the relevant literature focusing in particular on the role of human resources in creating competitive advantage. We investigate the role of entrepreneurial orientation as a mediator variable in the relationship between strategic human resource management and platform-based firms’ performance. Finally, we study the effect of Line of Sight as an independent variable on the platform-based firms’ performance and the effect of  LOS on the relation between SHRM and firms’ performance when the mediator variable (entrepreneurial orientation) is exist or not. The tool for collecting information in this research is a questionnaire. Consequently, results show the importance effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation in the linkage between SHRM and organizational performance and the effect of LOS on performance and changing the r-square in the other models.
