Productivity means using least resources most effectively to achieve growth and prosperity in all concerning aspects. The Main Objective of This Study was to investigate factors influencing the productivity of employees with regard to the mediator role of Correct Pattern of Consumption variable. The statistical population includes all government employees in Kermanshah that among them a sample of 371 individuals was selected by The Stratified approach using the Cochran formula. For Collecting Data, questionnaire was used. Based on the research literature, a model showing influence of selected variables has been tested using LISREL software. The results showed that all factors have significant and positive effects on the productivity. Considering this relationship, and taking indirect correct pattern of consumption Mediator variable into account there are significant and substantial effects. Amount of the model fit indexes (GFI=1, AGFI=0/98) demonstrate suitability of the research model. الگوی صحیح مصرف، الگویی بهینه و پایدار در مصرف و استفاده از منابع می‌باشد که نه تنها موجب افزایش بهره‌وری می‌شود بلکه همچنین امکان عبور موفق یک جامعه از رکودهای احتمالی اقتصادی آینده را نیز باعث می‌شود. بهره‌وری می‌تواند بیش‌ترین استفاده از کمترین امکانات و منابع در راه رسیدن به رشد و شکوفایی همه‌جانبه زندگی انسان باشد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر عوامل مؤثر بر بهره‌وری کارکنان با توجه به نقش متغیر میانجی الگوی صحیح مصرف می‌باشد. جامعه‌ آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی کارکنان سازمان‌های دولتی شهر کرمانشاه بود که نمونه‌ای به تعداد 371 نفر از میان آنها به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای با استفاده از فرمول کوکران انتخاب شد. برای گرد‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد همه متغیر‌های مستقل مدل دارای آثار مثبت و معنادار بر متغیر وابسته بهره‌وری می‌باشند که این رابطه با در نظر گرفتن متغیر میانجی الگوی صحیح مصرف، یعنی به طور غیرمستقیم نیز معنادار و قابل ملاحظه می‌باشد. در مدل بررسی شده مقدار شاخص‌های برآزش مدل GFI=1 نشان‌دهنده مناسب بودن مدل پژوهش می‌باشد. https://ormr.modares.ac.ir/article_18092_3258450df9cddd25e4f75cb60d0e3bc4.pdf
